Our Approach

In the beginning, the promoters of PartyScenes outlined the concept, a rough list of functional features were listed down and a go to market wish list/ strategy was explained to Dunst. The initial discovery session was followed up with detailed whiteboarding of user journeys, use cases, potential issues in the business models and details of the features. Once there was agreement on the desired feature list and user journey, a detailed feature description and a phased out development plan was created and signed off. For the execution sprint plans and project coordination methodologies were established.

Over a 5 month period, we have created a complete solution with the Web admin panel, front end and the mobile app ( android and iOS ). The apps have enabled PartyScenes to launch event based campaigns and to onboard a large merchant base in quick time. As part of the roadmap, Dunst is augmenting this platform to provide integrated location based marketing and targeted audience promotion capabilities.
